Simp Bot Privacy Policy

By using Simp Bot, we collect information to continuously improve our services. We do not store any Personally identifiable data, however,
we may store message content and data provided within commands (including their parameters), this may include information such as:

- User IDs
- Guild IDs
- Message IDs.

Message content is only stored if you have such service enabled, such as message logs.

The data we store is held within our internal database, to which only a select number of Simp Bot team members have access to.
We do not share your data with any third parties.

We may store message content for up to 24 hours, subsequently after this period, the data is deleted from the Simp Bot infrastructure.
All other stored data is deleted once the bot has been removed from your guild.

In compliance with GDPR (Data Protection) laws, you have the right to a copy of your data, or for it to be removed upon request.
Should you wish for your data to be removed, or require a copy, you can do so by joining the Simp Bot guild and speaking to Management.
